JBoss EJB 3.0 has two sets of documentation. One for JBoss EJB 3.0 running in the application server, and one for Embeddable EJB 3.0. The Base EJB 3.0 documentation and tutorials will still be useful when doing embeddable stuff, so please take a look there too for info if you are just doing embedding.
