extends AbstractThreadedManagedLifecycle

Esb Message aware transport independent listener.

Relies on the CourierFactory to obtain an appropriate Courier for the EPR this listener will be listening on
Keeps a thread pool to instantiate ActionProcessingPipelines whenever a Message is received
