RHQ currently offers two ways of accessing it
The GUI is browser based and can by default be reached via http:<rhq-server>:7080/coregui . The UI is mostly re-written with the Google Web Toolkit (GWT) and thus provides a rich client experience. Parts of the UI have been translated into German and Japanese.
The command line interface allows to talk to the RHQ server from a (Unix) command line. It talks to the RHQ server over web services. The CLI uses JavaScript as its internal language, so that you can fully program it with all available constructs like branches and loops.
