GWT impl could show history details in lower pane; there are additional links here that go back
and forth between the resource-level operation and group-level operation. if the resource op was part of a group op, you can navigate
in that direction. from a group-op, you have an additional group-op-details page which shows a pagination list of all of the resource-op histories, which you can click through to see the individual resource history

GWT impl could be a wizard; the big thing with operations is that we wrote a reusable component for the invocation logic (immediate, or deferred start, or deferred start with repeating, or deferred start with
repeated and ending). this reusable component also required embedding a date/time calendar component. this whole component knew how to extract information from itself and prepare the scheduling info in the appropriate data structured required by the quartz library, need scheduled op table
