This page describes how the Nagios plugin works and how the prototype for the dynamic appropriation of metadata was realized. The following diagramm shows the cooperation of software packages contained in the interface to MK_Livestatus. The classes within the packages have been described under the following link:  

The diagramm below shows the most important classes which are used in the prototype and the interfaces which are implemented by the classes. It makes it easier to understand which software components were in the focus of the programming part of the work.
