AbstractReturningDelegate	Abstract GeneratedValuesMutationDelegate implementation where the underlying strategy causes the generated identifier to be returned as an effect of performing the insert statement.
AbstractSelectingDelegate	Abstract GeneratedValuesMutationDelegate implementation where the underlying strategy requires a subsequent select after the insert to determine the generated identifier.
BasicSelectingDelegate	Delegate for dealing with IDENTITY columns where the dialect requires an additional command execution to retrieve the generated IDENTITY value
