public enum ValueHandlingMode extends Enum<ValueHandlingMode>
This enum defines how values passed to JPA Criteria API are handled.
  • The BIND mode (default) will use bind variables for any value.
  • The INLINE mode inlines values as literals.

      Returns an array containing the constants of this enum class, in the order they are declared.
      Returns:
      an array containing the constants of this enum class, in the order they are declared
    • valueOf

      public static ValueHandlingMode valueOf(String name)
      Returns the enum constant of this class with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this class. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)
      Parameters:
      name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.
      Returns:
      the enum constant with the specified name
      Throws:
      IllegalArgumentException - if this enum class has no constant with the specified name
      NullPointerException - if the argument is null
    • interpret

      public static ValueHandlingMode interpret(Object valueHandlingMode)
      Interpret the configured valueHandlingMode value. Valid values are either a ValueHandlingMode object or its String representation. For string values, the matching is case insensitive, so you can use either BIND or bind.
      Parameters:
      valueHandlingMode - configured ValueHandlingMode representation
      Returns:
      associated ValueHandlingMode object
