Bridge a java.util.Date to a String, truncated to the specified resolution. GMT is used as time zone.

• Resolution.YEAR: yyyy
• Resolution.MONTH: yyyyMM
• Resolution.DAY: yyyyMMdd
• Resolution.HOUR: yyyyMMddHH
• Resolution.MINUTE: yyyyMMddHHmm
• Resolution.SECOND: yyyyMMddHHmmss
