    Responsibilities include defining and tracking project plan and the task breakdown schedule. The goal of an SOA Project Manager is a shorter delivery cycle with a quality product. This role has to be familiar with service-orientation processes and principles to be able to guide the team through the delivery strategy. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to work with service providers to define the appropriate service-level agreements.
