| The organization determines whether the scope of the service-oriented project will encompass all of the business processes that have been identified or only a subset of them. |
Steps
|
Select one or more (or possibly all) complete processes and/or sub-processes from the business process model to be implemented in this iteration.
Review the modeled business processes to determine if some of the steps in a given process do not require modeling as service candidates.
