Epics, Sprints and Tasks

The general convention is

• a Sprint is an iteration (2 to 4 weeks)

• a Task MUST be done in a sprint.

  • Split a big task into multiple tasks so they can be performed within single sprints.

• an Epic is basically a large user story (that can be linked to tasks across multiple sprints).
