Perform the creation to the specified targets

Parameters:

metadata - The "compiled" mapping metadata.

createNamespaces - Should the schema(s)/catalog(s) actually be created as well (CREATE SCHEMA)?

targets - The targets for creation

Throws:

SchemaManagementException - Indicates a problem processing the creation
