Provides access to RESTEasy's SpringContextLoader implementation without having
to extend
ContextLoader. This is useful
if you have your own SpringContextLoaderListener and dont' want to
return RESTEasy's
SpringContextLoader.
Usage:

new SpringContextLoaderSupport();
